Don't listen to them all :p Its all really based on opinion. It's a good start for beginners, don't go to DEX just yet. Depending which CCAPI you like better the CFW can vary. I prefer Between 4.55 Rogero or 4.65 Rebug. 4.70 isn't the greatest move right now, as the api is having issues and the ban risk is increased. The only upside is not having to timeout on GTA.
