It depends. You might have been MAC banned, PSID banned and account.

1. I suggest creating a new account (if you haven't already)

2. Change IP address by switching your router on and off (if you can)

3. Change CID/PSID e.t.c to your desired numbers

4. Spoof the MAC with Sen Enabler. I have given a few MAC addresses below.

Use one of those. Then, once you've done all that, disabled CFW sycalls and cleared history with PSNinja or something else, then you can try sign in.

You'll want to change your CID and PSID accordingly, then use something like Sen Enabler to spoof the MAC.
