I might be ahead of myself; but I know that someone out there is on working progress with this (hopefully).
I just want to know if there is a way, I have recently done some research & found that a great person by the name of Sky Cloud has created a tutorial on how to make a PSP Emulator, and demonstrates with two videos on how to do all of these steps. I have looked into it & haven't seen anyone speak about here on NGU, but on other forums, yes; not all, but yes it is being mentioned.
Not every game is compatible, but.. Within time, yes.
Now, the question... Is there a way, to instead do this with a PS1 game instead of PSP?
Meaning... Will there be or is there one in development for the PSX?

I am seeing post that are from '12 or '11.
But since we are in 2015, things have changed & I have read that progress for software modifications may improve from the release of ps4.
I see more and more people changing and leaving the ps3.
After 2016, Sony will too.
The video game industries are speaking about, stopping productions of previous systems & continuing on Next Gen games (old: ps3, 360, wii) (next gen: xbox1, ps4, wii u).

So in result, these systems that are hard to crack will soon give in;
I honestly believe that it is truly hard... But soon we will have what all the noobs dreamed for. This is all an assumption, but certain things are possible; I know it.

More & new methods will come out, there are too many intelligent people out there to prove that
