If I start a game on irisman and I am going to psn patch 4.70 then the system crashes.
My ps3 has roger 4.55 and is spoofed to 4.70

solution is you update to rebug or another of your preference 4.70 cfw

I'm on rebug 4.70.1 and i don't have this issue. I recommend changing firmwares in order to resolve your problem.

It could be because your using BD mirror and when you go on psn patch you disbale you cfw syscalls and as a results some homebrew and plugins wont run properly.
