which games are you playing? if you don't mod crazy then i would say you just buy CID's which get sold to 10 other people

Sounds to me as if the person who sold you the "private" CID also sold it to other people.
Do you get it from the same guy everytime? If so, I suggest finding a new seller.
If no, then Rockstar is cracking down hard.

Fr.I bet private cid sellers sell u console id then after a certain amount of time they use that cid on their own ps3 n go wild so it gets banned after u been on it for about a month or so.so u will go back to them.but i'm still not sure.just a theory.
