System Info: 4.50 ITA DEX Spoofed To 4.70 With CFW Setup 4.9.9

What All Do I Need To Install To Play Them? I copied Over An PS2 ISO With Multiman In The PS2ISO Directory Let It Encrypt The Game And When It Takes Me Back To Multiman It Tells Me I Need To Install PS2 Classic's Placeholder.
Any Info Would Be Appreciated.
