You can use PSNINJA and then use PSN patch when you already load the game you're gonna play.

If you're cid banned you'll need a new one and i believe they also ban your MAC so follow the tutorial in the PS3 section on how to change your MAC address. Hope this helps.

you cant just easily 'unban' yourself, you have to buy/get a new CID so you can enter a valid console ID

do some research before posting a thread mate there is already 1000s of threads with the same questions every time
