(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Model: PS3 Slim (DYN-001)
Firmware: Was OFW 4.70

What I did after installing the E3-Flasher (including soldering the 2 wires to the clip-cable, scratching the connection on the Motherboard):
1. I took 6 Backups of my NOR-Chip
2. I compared the 6 Backups with each other with a Demoversion of UltraCompare (5 where identic)
3. I checked one of the identic files with a Tool (was OK).
4. I checked for safety by myself the file.
5. I patched the file and saved it on the Memorycard
6. I tryed to write the patched file back to the NOR-Chip.

What happend:
The E3-Flasher gave me an error (10001111)
First I tried again -> same error, then I wrote the unpatched backup to the memoryccard and the result was the same error.
Every time I checked the log, and every time the writing failed at 0x00080000.

What can I do, to get a working (and hopefully) downgraded PS3 back?
Please, help me.

Hi "Little One",
like I wrote above, I soldered the two wires (PA0/Tristate to SBE and the A/CE to the SBCE on the flexcable), just before I made the backup.
But I will check the soldering, if this is the reason.

Thank you!
After a long try and press on the clip-session I managed to get the PS3 accept the patched NOR-Backup!
Now the PS3 is running again! Smile
