Post: Unable to host lobbies on CoD
04-11-2015, 11:41 PM #1
(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I've had this issue for quite some time, I have a Belkin F5D8236-4 router and my NAT type is at 2. On any CoD game I try to play, it says my NAT type is "Open" yet I am unable to host lobbies. My friends try to join me and it gives them the error "Unable to connect to host" also whenever I try to force host on any game, nobody ever joins. I've tried DMZ, port forwarding, UPnP, pretty much everything to get my NAT type to 1, but this issue still persits. I can normally play games, and if there's a host migration, sometimes I actually get the host, but I never get picked right when I join a game, only if there's a host migration. If somebody could offer a word of advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
NOTE: My ps3 is on 4.70 dex rebug if that's important, but this also happens on my ofw ps3

Sorry for bumping, but I still need help, I'm using a wireless connection, and I already tried a DMZ but it didn't change anything

Are you high?
LMFAO lol bro lol. bump bump bump.... You're like alone. Till now
Anyways, go to speedTest and check your internet spped. You need at least 3.5 mbps in upload speed to host anything. Sometimes you need to call your isp too and ask them to change the net settings to a gamming setting or upgrade to gain more internet speed.

My internet on the other hand, is super weird. It get's up to 13 mbps upload but I can never catch host. I can't get my internet ports to open but it stays on moderate which should be fine, and still never catch host.

there are many isseus why you cant host

nat type moderate
no host in game
shitty network
shit rtm tool
eboot without force host

make a eboot with super force host and you wil be able to host lobby no matter what your connection is

the best thing is to buy good internet and put your nat type open by enable port forwarding in your router

My NAT type is open like I said, I don't have shitty network, RTM tool has nothing to do with it, and like I already said I can't force host.
