(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi I just installed an e3 got back up dumps which tested ok, so I patched them put them back onto the e3, now I cant get to xmb screen it only says the system software cannot be run correctly, then tells me to update to or higher than 4.70... tried 3.55 rogero downgrader and a few other but all it says then no applicable data has been found or comes up corrupted but I know they are good as I have used them before.... any ideas would be muchly appreciated.. thanks

ok now if it didn't patch it and I cant get to the xmb screen now only goes into safe mode how do I patch it and install through e3,, I thought I had to be on xmb to patch, any way around this I have even tried updating again with 4.70 ofw through recovery mode but gets to 6% then says no applicable data found still...

did you put it in fsm?

I did an it turned off after start n select an now stuck on this screen, would it be bad if I keep tryin to put in fsm

after putting into fsm mode, put this file on usb stick in right most usb port and turn ps3 on.

Thanks for the info, I didn't use that file tried the downgrader first.... Noob mistake I'll try this When I get home from work...

INSTALL 4.70 CFW if you used 4.70 patcher, then you can just stay on 4.70 cfw or run the downgrader and put any cfw u prefer

cheers for that I used 4.55 downgrader, now just tryin to find were to download the lv2diag.self file as I cant load the links above
