I'm on 4.65.2 rebug DEX and tried spoofing to 4.70 with this spoofer: You must login or register to view this content. . I keep on getting the "8002E10A" error and really don't know what to do. It feels like I'm bricking my console... I would be EXTREMELY thankful if someone could get me back online.

You are using the wrong spoofer, use SEN Enabler!

go to debug settings menu
make sure

Release Check Mode = Development Mode
Boot Mode = System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug = Single Setting

that should fix the 8002E10A error.

also it could simply be that you are now using a dex idps.

what you need to do is go into webman setup and put in your idps with the region code instead of 2 for dex - of course cobra and webman will need to be enabled in rebug toolbox. also make sure the other rebug toolbox settings are correct.

I did what you suggested in the other thread, and it still says I need to update. I don't know anything about the idps part, so maybe that's the problem. And as for rebug toolbox, I don't really know what the correct settings are... I really need help, I'm kinda freaking out at this moment because I have no experience with dex firmwares.

XMB OPERATION MODE = DEBUG
DEBUG MENU TYPE = DEX
TOGGLE COBRA MODE = ENABLED
TOGGLE PS2 EMULATOR = COBRA
TOGGLE WEBMAN = ENABLED

In rebug toolbox if you click on system information what is lv2 kernel and target type?

lv2 kernel is DEX, target type is DEX

ok good.

now if the spoof worked it should also say in system information the 4.70 DEX as firmware.

all that is left is to spoof your IDPS back to its original value.

the idps is the correct name for console id / CID.

if the rebug toolbox setting match what i gave then you should have webman games in game menu on the xmb
in webman games you will see webman setup. go into webman setup. it will load the web browser with a page with a black background.

in there is an option to change idps in lv2 memory.

you need to put in your real idps in the boxes (split in half)

you can find your idps by clicking on the temperatures at the top of the page it will be the IDPS EID0

for example if your LV2 idps is

00000001008200061001CE44B23D3D78 - 2 = DEX

spoof it as
00000001008700061001CE44B23D3D78 - 7 = UK Which should match the EID0 one. UK Just example.

hey guys just found the fix for it

First go to debug settings.
go to debug settings menu
make sure

Release Check Mode = Development Mode
Boot Mode = System Software Mode
Network Settings for Debug = Single Setting
My problem was the network setting for debug it was on dual make sure you put it to single!!!!!
Then run your spoof for the newest update and it should work perfectly ��
