my tmapi connects,debugger opens
debug settings are correct but no tools connected
i am on ita 4.50 so i am using a debug self (have tried the debug eboot and self) still the same thing
network connection is shared on computer
help is appriciated

yes it shows console output

yes but instead of 4.70 is 4.50 because i am on ita 4.50

if that is the case then the only thing you are perhaps missing is using a debug eboot for the game you are using..

as i said in the description i have a debug eboot

What game are you trying to mod? and do you have teamview?

using debug eboot, tmapi connects, mini debug agent and debug agent are loaded.. nothing is missing.

is it the tool you are using?

i dont think so
i have tried multiple tools and none work
