So can anyone Help me and tell me what am going to need on my PS3 or on my Computer to get a Mod Menu the Right way or like what tools am going to need to download or if you can give me a link to a video tutorial on what am asking. third thing you must get a debug eboot to rtm and a tool or mod menu
well that is done my friend you have to search little bit more but these are the basics

First you need an antiban eboot (use multiman or your PC with a ftp connection to transfer it)
Then you could use a ccapi/tmapi tool, a gsc mod menu or a sprx mod menu

To use a tool you need to install caapi on you PC and on your ps3
