Did you try restoring your cid in cfw setup?

you need to change your idps aka console id, from the dex one back to the valid cex one.

if you have rebug 4.65.2 d rex then use the builtin webman mod setup to spoof the IDPS.

if you are on something other than rebug then use ps3itamanager to restore it..
