So tomorrow I am getting a OFW 3.55 ps3 and I want to concert it to rebug CEX so these are my steps but are these right need help please.

1. Install CFW 3.55 Kmeaw
2. Then I'll install Toggle QA and I'll enable it / activate it
3. Then I'll update it to REX 4.70 Rebug

So are these steps right need help please

yep that is correct, just make sure that there is not Disc inside the ps, and avoid connecting to the internet in the meanwhile (to avoid soft- brick)
