Than, I use PSN patch and press "X" to spoof ID, PSID, Disable CFW and stuff. Than I go into my game and THAN I SIGN IN TO PSN ! One day, I try to go online and I'm banned Why ?

Ya, but for my CID to get banned, my account has to also be banned. If the CID got banned, my account would still work, just with another CID. I don't mod games, only once and than I'm good
