which lights are they? make sure you know which they are for sure and find the appropriate error code on that wiki link. good wiki for general help too

i have the same console (pretty sure. for some reason i was unable to get a valid dump no matter what i did. make sure your clip if on right (they're a bitch, especially on mine). whatever you do, don't get lazy and do a 'fuck it' like some people have after frustration from it not working. i ended up buying a second older ps3 with a dif model no and it worked
