(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I cant downgrade my ps3 cuz when i downgraade it it gets an error,i used PS3DAT.PUP and failed,im testing every settings i get and still cant do anything,so will the restore ps3 system downgrade my ps3 from scratch?

No it just removes everything outside of the firmware (acc's, saves, dlc's etc) what CFW are you on and we'll be able to help you further on picking the right downgrader.

You'r PS3 isn't even jailbroken, so no you cannon't downgrade you'r ps3. you need a e3 flasher to flash you'r console again.

I have told you before... You cannot get install package files back if your on OFW you need an E3 Flasher to flash your flash... Now stop making loads of threads asking the same thing.
