There is no permanent way to change it. I change mine with PSNPatch every time I boot up and the system isn't even banned. It's not like it takes 30mins to change the ID's every time you boot up. It only takes a few seconds. I've tried that tutorial and it didn't work, followed it down to the tee, even retried and retried, but to no avail

there is a permanent way to patch it, you could use either idpsset or dump the flash with preloader advance in software or use a flasher for a hardware dump and change it with idps changer.. just dont do it manually like i did on the flash with a hex editor it bricks. do it properly with idps changer.

or if you just want to change it temporarily like spoofing your idps back to cex on a dex firmware then use webman to do it automatically at startup
