Hi Micheal. Now what you need to do is go to CFW Setup and go to Sysconf_plugin type and make sure it is on CEX if not Change it to cex. Now it should restart your console. When your ps3 boots up go to debug settings and put nav only np on.

You goto debug settings, go to NP Environment and change it to np :p
