if all you need to do is convert to ita from rebug.. stay on rebug 4.65cex and use idpset and follow its tuts after tat you will be on rebug 4.65 dex.Then all you do is install 4.65ita over the rebug and your good to go.All these links can be found in the ps3 cheats section if you have any issues just quote me and ill be happy to help.
