(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Why there are a lot of people who are on CEX and then a lot of them who are on DEX!? Which one is better and why? Can someone please explain?

DEX is better. CEX is almost getting better each time but i'll recommend being on DEX since theres better tools and etc for it. But for a beginner in modding i'll recommend CEX. :p

Are there same tools on cex as dex? (Not all maybe some)??

There is alot of tools that are for both CEX/DEX yes. But some tools are just for dex, and better.
