I use SEN Enabler. I believe that works for all cfw.

4.7 is the latest you need, so if you have installed CFW setup and ran the spoof your set.
just set your cid and use psninja to cover your tracks, you will be fine

yeah i understand, still use above method because modding or not sony can still see a cfw ps3 if not covering yourself
