And I'm not sure if that is all I need, or do I need to purchase more parts off the Internet. Also when I do get the chance to jailbreak my system how do I get, tools like multiman... just downgrade ur console to 3.55 OFW, then after that , install any CFW of ur choice (CEX, or DEX), and then u can install any package , multiman, psninga, ect..

ooh u only need a sd card formatted to FAT32 for the E3 flasher, and a usb drive formatted to FAT32 to install the downgraded/3.55OFW

I also heard you need something called a spoof is this true? And where can I find a spoof and downgrade link?

A spoofer is a Homebrew u can install if u aren't on the newest Version. If u choice a CFW which is based on 4.7 u don't need a spoofer :-) :-)
