Hopefully i can help without breaking any rules but what is the region id for your cid you should see a number such as 82 or something like this 000000010082 try changing it to 84

Are you sure you have the correct Console ID?

Use ControleConsoleAPI also if you don't want to then you must put your PS3 in release mode but thats only on DEX so yea.
