Long story short I disabled SEN Enabler which asked me to reboot while it was rebooting my PS3 froze with a black screen. I had to shut it down by taking the power plug out and ever since it would power up ( green light etc. ) but there was no sound or audio I tried recovery menu / resetting video settings no luck I took out my HDD and i got a pop-up on screen so do I need to replace the HDD? and if i do will I lose CFW?
Its not glod its a semi brick, the fact that when you take the hdd out you get the message "ps3 cannot start the appropriate system storage was not found" means its not that bad.
Try to reinstall the same cfw your are on from recovery mode with a usb stick
If that dont work format your ps3 hdd on pc to fat 32 format & try to install the same cfw you are on via usb stick
NOTE: If you format you ps3 hdd you will lose all data.
Make sure you have no game in BD drive & use right usb port for installing cfw.
