All you do is convert to DEX on Rebug and install ITA 4.70.

I Dont think there is a 4.70 ITA atm so most links will brick your console only download CFW's from the official website You must login or register to view this content.

Install the latest rebug toolbox, go all the way to the right and dump eid root key, then export flash to file, then click on rewrite target id in flash, it should reboot, then go back in toolbox and click on swap lv2 kernel
