What folders do you have because im sure on rebug its *Package manager. If you got nothing at all you probably installed the pup whilst you had a disk in the ps3 which is a major no no.

no because it says im on 4.65 still i can still mod just today ive came to installing a package file and it not there just like on ofw i also still have debug setting....

Reinstall the firmware on recovery menu? might help dude.

When you turn on your ps3 is your pkg install icon is it there?
Perhaps I'm thinking your cfw cynicals May be disabled. It makes it ps3 thinks it on ofw. But if non of that work u may have a wrong jailbreak you would need to download a new jailbreak.
