Why are you not able to change CID with ccapi? i hear some people have troubles with it but i never really understood how the problems occurs, also did you try reseting cid and then re-set the boot cid?

Yes it still does not change

You have to turn off anything that set CID automatically. Like webMAN or any homebrew that does it.

download psnpatch pkg instal it on ur ps3 , open up the defualt.cfg file with notepad ++ then edit the cid in it , put the file on a usb stick or something run psnpatch press square

Try ITA manager it has a set cid option in it
