I think if you haven't updated to 4.70 firmware, you can possibly still get your IDPS and PSID from your OFW PS3. But, if you have already updated to 4.70 on your OFW, then you're probably out of luck. Although, I am 99% sure that this is true, you should check out the PS3 Cheats and Customization section out to find more information about this.

You need to get your Nor/Nand backup to be able to get the CID and PSID from a OFW PS3

You can get it using idps stealer, or u can use a E3 flasher

you can do it on 4.70
