In rebug you can go to rebug toolbox and disable cobra.

do u still get the time out on rebug 4.70 ? and how cant i find the option enable cobro in tooolbox ? do u know that ?

I don't get timeouts on Rebug 4.70.1, no. Do you have a wired connection? And if you open the toolbox it should be there.
