Update it on the CFW PS3, put an updated menu on then data transfer again. Note that not a lot of mods will work OFW after data transfer. Will give you black screen when you start the game.

Id just update dude as the mod menu 9x out of 10 will need a script bypass which is in the eboot and that will not work on OFW... So the menu is not going to work anyway.

You can change your IDPS using ccapi. The CID on the old ps3 can be extracted using idps stealer aslong as it is on a firmware under 4.70 so don't update.

its 4.70 guess im screwed then lol
