Hi "Wonton_Noodle" No games Really Require modded Eboot's only if you want to Mod the game ((DEX) Debug eboot's enable RTM'ing Via TMAPI, Etc the RTM Tool/Debugger can connect to the Eboot and Modded Eboots work on Cex as well as DEX what Enables you to Use Mods such as Non-Host Mods) but the games such as NHL15, Racing Rivals and Skate 3, Don't need modded eboot's.
