Your CID could be banned (not to sure). Try this, Open Up Rebug ToolBox ,Then Press D-Pad Right and You be at 'Selector' Then
Scroll Down To 'ebug Menu Type' and Set it To CEX QA.Then Quit Rebug ToolBox.
STEP 2= GoTo Settings in Xmb and Scroll Down To 'ebug Settings' and click X,Then Scroll
Down To 'Nav-only Np' and set it To "ON" .and Thats it You can Sign Back Online.

Plus are you wired or wireless connected?

I disabled all spoofers before I updated to ITA 4.65 ... Than I just signed in. It's simple.

4.70 Rebug is out and it works without a spoofer.

Im on dragon dex 4.70 its better then ita and more safe ,,I bought new cid to get back online
