Are you on a custom firmware console?

From this post you're probably on the latest OFW, first of all check if your PS3 is downgrable. If your PS3 is not downgradable, you have no luck of modding on PS3, unless you get a CFW on eBay or something. :p

LMFAO, you need to be on FW 3.55 to get a CFW installed.
