It's probably your settings, find them on the XMB. I'm guessing something with Parental Control.

Does it work on other accounts of yours? I've never heard about this error/issue before. Currently they are undergoing maintenance, might be why.

Ive had a few of my friends having this issue, wait it out for abit as other users servers are also down :\

I have the same problem, it say i have a childlook😂 but i dont have one
All other games work online-.-
