I've quite enjoyed Rebug 4.70.1 so far. Their website isn't the most user friendly (link: You must login or register to view this content.), however, I've never frozen on this cfw. The Rebug team also create their own homebrew apps and stuff which is quite useful at times. Overall it is pretty good but depends on what you want it for.

If that's what you're going to be doing...use Ferrox 4.70 CEX. I have been running 2 CFW systems on it, for a while now, daily, with no problems. Temps are always good. CCAPI always connects fine. I'm on MW1, MW3 and sometimes BO's1 @ 2 daily.

Just make sure you install PSNinja..and USE it. It will help you stay unbanned..

Currently, 4.70.1 Rebug (CEX/DEX).

You can swap easily over to DEX/CEX without eid_root/flash files. It will dump it for you automatically.

Hey, quick question..can I do a straight change with the .pup file from the XMB bar to go from Ferrox 4.70 to Rebug 4.70?

Im on the same cfw, but I freeze like 5-10 times a day. I must admit im not the best modder with the most knowledge.
For this cfw u really need to understand allot of things about cfw wich I don't lol. But it still fun and I gotta start somewhere.
Anyway rebug I still my favorite cfw out of them all.

but if you don't want to spoof or don't like DEX use rebug 4.70.1 for sure, rebug is very nice cfw, few freezes, and you can mod whichever games you like

Yeah, I still don't understand much with the CFW other than the basics and some advanced stuff but I don't see why you would freeze that often. Have you tried installing homebrew apps to keep record of your CPU temperature and stuff? That could be the problem. You could try using a fan controller app to turn up the fan speed which will get more air flow so in theory it will be running cooler however it'll be louder.
