I was wondering how to use a GSC mod menu on console because been using menu on black ops 2 today with gsc studio easy to use and amazing fun modding if anyone knows how to to this on console please comment your answers below and I will read as soon as possible

It's the exact same way on console if you use GSC Studio. You just connect to your PS3/XBOX instead of Steam/Redacted. You do need a CFW PS3/RGH or JTAG Xbox to do this however, if that wasn't obvious already.

You need a piece of hardware called an E3 flasher to downgrade the PS3 to 3.55 then to install CFW. Then again the ps3 may not be the right model number to be downgraded.

It's not that easy. First of all check the model number from your console, if possible to downgrade you have to buy an E3 flasher so you can downgrade your console. Once downgraded you are able to install a custom firmware.
You also could buy a console which is already jailbroken or you just pay someone to jailbreak your console.
