I turned the console on and by mistake sent the report to sony. i am usually super safe with stuff always using psNinja and psn patch which i also did before the crash. I am wondering am i screwed? Will they ban my console or account?

they wont ban you if you use psnpatch and a antiban.. dont worry

You wont get banned, trust me. I've clicked it numerous of times and never had a ban. :p

No they will not ban your account or console as when that button is pressed it sends them your psid with a crashlog. They cannot do anything with your psid.
