you will get stuck on rogero downgrader.

check that "qa" is enabled.

then you never need to use a downgrader.

4.70 can be installed over any 4.70.

just try it.

It'd be smart to install Toggle QA first, so you can swap to any firmware without downgrading.

TRIED IT. it was successful now.. question after converting to DEX is it already DEX? or do I need a DEX firmware?

It's already DEX, but i'd recommend you installing a DEX firmware. Try installing ITA or Rebug

well if your dex fw now u can just install ps3 ita or rebug drex, but if your on a cew cfw then u convert, before install dex
