Also, why do people spoof? Why not just install the latest CFW?

My PS3 arrives tomorrow, and on a video on how to go online on Rebug 4.70.1, you have to disable CFW on PSNPatch and PSNinja. But then, how will you go online on say, GTA V? Will it let you?

Well to play "GTA V" you a 4.70 CFW Will let you play it. but to Actually go online you need to Make sure that you,re CID(Console ID) is not banned on PSN or on GTA V it self. too prevent Getting Banned on PSN, use as you said PSN Patch + PSNinja v4. and to Lower/Slim the chances of Getting banned while modding GTA V make sure you Don't Set your Stats on the account too high + also Spoof your CID (Console ID) to 32x0 with CCAPI made by FM|T Enstone, which also enable's you to RTM on CEX as well as DEX.
