You dont need an e3 flasher. Just install rogero downgrader pup and then install a 3.55 cfw and toggle qa and install your desired cfw

All you have to do is install whatever cfw that is cex based right over the Habib one. There is no need to downgrade to go to say ferrox or rebug. As long as it is cex based you can install it from the recovery menu. DL the cfw. Put it on USB in folder PS3/UPDATE/PS3UPDAT.PUP put it in right USB slot, go into recovery, update from storage media.. Very important remove any disc in the blue ray drive or it will go to ofw.

He might want to install rogero 4.55? But yeah he could also do this.
