If you have a CFW yes Go to multiman FileManager/hdd0/game/YOUR REGION/Userdir If its not called anything else. That\s if you wanna mod with a bypass and Patch. If you wanna mod online smooth Go get Reborn Menu.

So I can put a sprx file In and it will work like the eboot and the sprx in tmp

Yes as Long as the EBOOT.BIN is in the USRDIR for the game and the .sprx file is in the tmp folder it will work.
