Only way is to use the acc that you purchased the content onto your CFW and downloading it on there. Highly not recommended as some downloaded games won't work on CFW, you'll get an 80010017 error when trying to start them, I have yet to find a fix for. Also that's usually the only acc that will get banned. You could data transfer but the content can't be used till the PS3 is activated.
