u cant instal any firmware if u are on cex , but you just have to delete the spoofer and dont put a disc in the ps3 and instal a 4.70 cfw

Yes HABIB 4.70 and most other cfw is able to update over any cfw. Just make sure you update from recovery menu and make sure you dont have a disk in the drive.

Its updates the PUP off the disk instead of the USB and puts you on OFW
