on ps3 with cfw habib 4.70 can't open psn store, getting message "you need to update your system".
is it safe to update online or i have to look for pkg file?

Accessing the store on your cfw is just asking to be banned. And yes its fine as its just updating the store not your software.

Well it dont really matter how you update it dude. But id say just stick to gut instinct and update via PKG File

I recommend switching to PS3ITA 4.50 or 4.65 if you want to access the ps3 store. just spoof to 4.70 and run psnpatch when going on it.
