the only way is to put your ps3 in the bath whilst its on then quickly poor hot water on it it unbans it 1000% working.

If you have ccapi already on your ps3 then no, just open console manager on your PC and paste it to "set console ID." Set it for your boot ID so you don't have to change it every restart

You need to get a new CID there are free ones but they do not last long at all. Your best bet is buying one or maybe even a bunch off a seller on EBay. Very simple to change CCAPI can help you with that if your on a Cex console. If you are on a Dex I cannot help you there all my past experiences were with cex consoles back in the day.
