(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello NGU, A Few days ago i spent liek 2 hours trying to figure out a Error code (80710092) and somehow i got it to work.. however i do not remember what i did... Well tonight i tried to sign in and im getting the same error code...
My CFW: Rebug 4.70.1 REX CEX
My Problem: error code 80710092
What have I tried:
I use a VPN wired to my desktop, so i tried wireless, nothing, tried no vpn, still nothing.. My Np is set to np, my console and my account are both unbanned, my media server is disabled, i have ALWAYS used a vpn and i NEVER had any trouble until i went to rebug 4.70.1... this is the second time this has happened on this CFW, im really thinking about switching back.. i seen a post about changing cid to cex, (my console is on CEX) but i wasnt sure how thats done.. also i have tried changing my DNS and still havent got anything..

EDIT- Tried changing cid with ccapi and signing in and still same error code!

Try opening Rebug Toolbox and going to utilities and Change Active PS3ID to EID5:85(CEX) (even if youre on CEX) and go out to XMB.(if you turn off or restart your PS3 you will need repeat this step). if you still cant fix it try switching to ps3ita after converting to DEX.

Go to your network settings on your pc and bridge the connection between your ethernet and wifi connections. If this dont resolve the issue test connection on your ps3.

I did some trial and error, like swapping CFW, but at the end of the day ive cracked it down to be somethign along the internet lines,, i tried my ps3 wireless directly to my house and it signed in.. i tried wirelessly to my VPN and it gives same error code and i tried it hard wired to my vpn and got the same error code..so i know its vpn related.. so i reset all my drivers, reset my vpn and desktop multiple times.. so i Went to my TAP-Win32 driver ( my vpn) properties and both internet protocol are set to obtain IP and DNS automatically.. so then i went ot my local area connection( my ps3) and both ICP Properties are set to obtain auto aswell.. im guessing this is my problem somewhere along here but i cant figure it out.. and yes they are shared together but not bridged.

You connect wired connection and it works. If you removed your vpn then it will connect wirelessly to. From what i gathered from your post anyway. Smile So in theory you found a solution.
