After doing some research and getting familiar with everything again, I found that my act.dat is missing from my once main account. I've used that with ReactPSN to active the content before but now that it's gone, I can not reactive anything. I have two back ups of this ps3 from 2013 and 2014. Would restoring the system bring back my ACT.dat if it was in the back up? If not, will doing a data transfer from my OWF ps3 bring it back?

Really wanted to play some Guitar Hero track packs so any help would be greatly appreciated!
