Considering you was recommending everyone went on ITA 4.65. I told you ITA is no good. Format your HDD on a separate ps3 or format it using a hdd adapter on a pc.

Formatting it will fix it?

Just wondering if you have a e3 flasher, if so then you will need to solder a small wire from your Tristate to your Ground points on the bottom of your motherboard and re flash with your latest back up.

This will definitely fix the issue...time consuming but it's guaranteed considering if you know how to solder :-)
Also, from my experience...another individual had the exact same issue, after I finished flashing the nor dump the console would not accept any CEX fw's ( being that he was on DEX before he bricked ) until I tried a DEX fw and installed successfully upon first attempt, then he converted to CEX,it seems that if you was on DEX before bricking you still have to install a DEX fw after flashing your nor/nand dump :-)
But good to hear you fixed it without to much hassle :-)
